Rum

Served: "On the rocks"; poured over ice
Standard garnish: lemon and orange slices
Standard drinkware: Highball glass Iingredients

• 6cl (6 parts) dark rum
• 3cl (3 parts) fresh lemon juice
• 1cl (one part) grenadine syrup
• Soda water as necessary

Preparation: Mix in shaker with ice. Pour into glass and top up with soda water. Garnish and serve.
