Drink Recipes - Carbomb

Also known as a "Belfast carbomb" an "Irish carbomb" or a "peacemaker", is a boilermaker made with stout (for example Guinness), Irish Cream (e.g. Baileys) and Irish whiskey (such as Jameson or Tullamore Dew).

The establishment in which this was developed is Michael's Pub in Columbia, South Carolina, an Irish American bar. The drink was created by suggestion of patrons and the dedicated bartenders to create a drink that celebrated the theme of the bar with a similar drink/shooter.
