A Bullshot is a cocktail that's a variant of
the Bloody Mary, prepared with beef bouillon or beef consomme in place of
tomato juice. A typical recipe consists of vodka, beef bullion (boiled in hot water), and some combination of salt, pepper, lemon juice, Tabasco sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Like the Bloody Mary, it is usually drunk in the morning, and is considered a good hangover cure.
Disolve bullion cube in water. Mix in vodka and Tabasco. Garnish with celery
